There is no ticket portal and no chat widget. There is an email address, read by somebody who can actually stop the sending.

Including the awkward ones. If the thing you want is impossible on Instagram, you will be told that rather than sold around it.
You do not need an account, and you do not need to have dealt with us before. The data deletion page explains all three routes.
Tell us the account. We look at it and at your last few posts before replying, so the first answer is about your account rather than about the product.
Yes. Create a workspace in the console and it is yours in a minute. One step is not self-serve: the app runs under Meta’s Standard Access, which covers accounts whose holder has a role on the app, so we add your Instagram account as a tester and you accept that in the Instagram app — usually the same day. After that you connect Instagram yourself. It needs no App Review and no Business Verification.
There will be a named reason, and you can read it. It may be that no workflow covers that post, that the person had already been messaged for that comment, that a cap postponed it, that they had opted out, or that the seven-day window had closed. The screen that shows what was ignored splits it three ways: a real gap, a deliberate skip, and work that simply has not finished yet.
Caps postpone a send, they do not drop it, so most of those are still queued rather than lost. The exception is the seven-day window: a comment older than that can never be replied to, by us or by anyone, at any price. If a post is about to do well, tell us before it does rather than after.
No, and nobody can. At the moment of sending, whether somebody follows you is not readable — Meta consent-gates the field. It can be checked afterwards, which is a different promise about a different moment. Any product advertising a follow-gate at send time is overselling.
Send us the handle and we will look at the record, which will say what was sent and when. Two things are worth knowing first. An opt-out applies to the account they opted out of, not to every account we run. And a person who comments again on a different post may have been queued before the opt-out was recorded.
Yes, and it is part of offboarding rather than a favour. Deliverables are handed over, tokens are revoked, and commenter data is deleted. That sequence is written into the agreement before the engagement starts.
No. Instagram comments and Reels only. A second platform is a second set of rules, a second review process and a second set of ways to be wrong, and doing one of them properly is the whole offer.
Email is the route, and it is read by somebody who can stop the sending. If sending needs to stop, say so in the subject line, so it is stopped before anybody starts diagnosing.
To have your own data removed, the deletion page lists three routes and none of them needs an account.
