The shape, not a table.
Comparing this to a subscription compares a retainer to a tool licence. The honest comparison is their subscription plus the hours you or your agency spend inside it, against one retainer where the hours are ours.

Why there is no number on this page
Because none has been decided, and a placeholder that looks decided is worse than an admission. The setup fee depends on how many posts are in scope and how much of the copy is ours to write; the retainer depends on how many workflows run and how much the account actually receives. Those are different by an order of magnitude between two accounts that look similar from outside.
You get a figure in a proposal, after we have looked at the account. If the thing you want turns out to be impossible on Instagram, you hear that in the first reply rather than after a setup fee.
What is never charged for
- Overage. Caps postpone, they do not drop.
- Contacts. Going viral is not a billing event.
- Discovery, or being told the answer is no.
- Offboarding, including the export and the deletion.
