HeyJaanu is a digital service, delivered online. There is no physical product and no shipping.
What you receive
Auto-replies running on your Instagram account, the HeyJaanu console where you can see what was sent, and a monthly report by email.
When it starts
After the setup is agreed and your Instagram professional account is connected. How long setup takes depends on your account; we tell you in writing before you pay the setup fee.
Where
Anywhere Instagram and the HeyJaanu console can be reached. You need a Professional (Creator or Business) Instagram account.
If it is not delivered
What is refunded, and when, is on the refunds and cancellation page.
