Refunds and cancellation.
Discovery
Free. Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
Setup fee
Paid in two halves, half on signature and half at go-live. If you cancel before we start work on your account, the first half is refunded in full. Once work has started, the setup fee is not refundable, because it pays for work already done. If we cannot take your workflows live, including because Instagram does not allow what was agreed, we refund all of the setup fee you have paid.
Monthly fee
Either of us can end managed operation with thirty days’ written notice. A month that has already started is not refunded in part. A month that has not started is not charged, and if it was paid in advance, it is refunded.
The free beta
The console is free during the beta. Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
How to ask
Write to [email protected]. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 working days. The bank may take a few more days after that.
